Returns & Exchanges
If you purchase an item that does not fit we will offer an exchange for the correct sizing (subject to the availability of stock). Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange. Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition with all the original labels and tags attached. Merchandise must be returned with your proof of purchase (ie. your receipt or invoice). Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you have purchased an item and it is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Please use the men’s and women’s size guides above to find a suitable size. Tip: find a similar shirt in your own wardrobe and lay it flat on a table. Grab a measuring tape and measure between armpit seams. Double that measurement and compare it to our size charts.
IS THERE A FEE FOR POSTING MY ORDER ?
Yes, all orders are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping is automatically calculated based on total weight and size of order, and where it is being posted.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT POSTED?
At this stage we do not offer a Click & Collect option, however, we’d love you to join us at any of our PBR Australia Monster Energy Tour events, where we will have a small range of merchandise items available for purchase. Please check our website for complete tour schedule.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders will be dispatched Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. We send all orders from our office in Townsville, North Queensland with Australia Post so please allow the following time frames for it to arrive. We will send a shipping notification once your merchandise has been posted. If you haven’t received your order after the allocated time, use your tracking number to find out the location of your order.
